Job Summary & Responsibilities

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, MIS, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of management experience in enterprise-level HCM, HRIS, or related IT solutions. 
  • Demonstrated success leading and developing technical and functional teams. 
  • Deep understanding of HR, Incentive Compensation, and Time & Attendance business processes and technologies (e.g., ADP Vantage, Callidus, Oracle Cloud, UKG WFM Pro, ServiceNow, or similar systems). 
  • Proficiency in the Software Development Lifecycle and Agile, Lean, and Scrum methodologies. 
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills. 
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives. 

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $126,800 to $158,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced and visionary HCM Manager to lead and develop our Human Capital Management teams, including ServiceNow, HR, Incentive Compensation, and Time & Attendance functions. This role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that support our business objectives and core values. 

Key Responsibilities 
Team Leadership & Development 

  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of employees and subcontractors, located in the US and internationally. 
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture aligned with WWT’s core values. 
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide coaching, and support career development for direct reports. 
  • Oversee hiring, performance management, and team member recognition. 

Strategic Delivery & Operations 

  • Set vision and strategy for HCM systems and processes, ensuring alignment with business goals. 
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and support of complex solutions across Human Resources, Incentive Compensation, and Time & Attendance domains. 
  • Collaborate with IT, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions. 
  • Ensure teams meet commitments while adhering to organizational quality, methodology, and architecture standards. 

Process Improvement & Issue Resolution 

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting delivery and team effectiveness. 
  • Champion continuous improvement, diversity, and quality within and across teams. 
  • Escalate and remove impediments to maximize team performance. 

Stakeholder Engagement 

  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, translating technical and process details for diverse audiences. 
  • Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Coaches, and other leaders to drive efficient value delivery.
