Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a remote Premier Services Leader to join our team. As a Premier Services Leader at Mosaic, you will lead and guide a team of consultants in our Managed Services space to attain revenue and retention goals. You will focus on building consultative skills, strategic thinking, and ways to add value to the Premier Services offering in a way that fosters client satisfaction and promotes our team culture.  

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage, engage, and motivate a team of consultants to achieve revenue and retention  KPI’s and other departmental goals 
  • Develop consultative behavior and strategic thinking among team members 
  • Ensure consultants receive appropriate training, mentoring and shadowing opportunities to develop soft and technical skills that align with market demand 
  • Hold consultants accountable for achievement of individual utilization targets and use of client’s hours 
  • Ensure team members are following processes and managing their clients in a consistent manner 
  • Manage a reduced book of business by building client relationships, proactively advising them on best usage of UKG products, and collaborating with other Mosaic team members to best serve the clients 
  • Contribute new and strategic ideas to increase value and operational efficiency of Premier Services offering 
  • Act as the liaison between Premier Services and partners throughout the organization including Principals, Strategic Services, Shared Services, etc. to ensure operational alignment and a consistent client experience  
  • Assist with the recruiting and selection of new talent  
  • Devise ramp schedules for new team members 
  • Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

  • Achievement of individual and team member utilization targets  
  • Achievement of Premier Services client retention targets 
  • Achievement of Premier Services revenue targets 
  • CSAT/NPS scores

What makes you successful: 

Need to haves: 

  • 8+ years of Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting experience in a SaaS-based environment 
  • Strong leadership, consulting, and relationship-building skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
  • Ability to work fully remote and travel up to 20% as needed 

 

Nice to haves: 

  • Leadership experience
