We're hiring a Head of Content & Brand to lead the content and brand engine behind Paul Saladino, MD.

Job Description

We're hiring a Head of Content & Brand to lead our content and brand engine. This is a senior leadership role: you own content and brand strategy across the ecosystem, set the creative and editorial standard, and lead the channel-specific resources that bring it to life — our short-form team and our YouTube / long-form team. You are accountable for what we publish, how consistently we publish it, and how it performs.

You are not the person posting every caption — you are the person who builds the system, leads the people inside it, and protects the brand. Equal parts strategist, operator, and editor-in-chief.

Responsibilities
  • Own content and brand strategy across short-form, long-form, and emerging channels

  • Lead and manage the channel-specific resources — the short-form team and the YouTube / long-form team

  • Be the guardian of our voice, tone, and brand standard across everything we publish

  • Translate our ideas and the brand's mission into a clear, prioritized content roadmap

  • Build and own the systems, calendars, and workflows that keep the engine running without "push"

  • Own performance, growth, and reporting — and turn insights into the next content bets

  • Develop the team: set expectations, give direct feedback, and raise the bar on quality

Qualifications
  • You've led content or creative teams and owned outcomes, not just tasks for a personal brand

  • You think in systems and strategy — clarity and structure excite you

  • You've managed content calendars, editors, and publishing pipelines at scale

  • Strong editorial and creative judgment — you know what makes content work

  • Strong writing fundamentals, especially concise, punchy hooks and captions

  • Analytical — you track, measure, and optimize output against goals

  • Comfortable giving and receiving clear, direct feedback as a leader

  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities

  • Personal alignment with animal-based / functional health principles
