About Sybill

Most sales tools just log activity: calls, CRM notes, activity feeds. Sybill goes further: it learns what actually wins and loses deals at your company, then executes on it - meeting prep, follow-ups, CRM updates, sales collateral, deal strategy. Every deal makes the next one easier to win.

While most GTM AI tools connect LLMs directly to raw data, Sybill has spent 18 months building the context layer in between: the foundation that makes AI outputs specific, accurate, and autonomous. It's why over 850 revenue teams run on Sybill today, including Warmly, Smartcat, beehiiv, and Storylane, and why we've replaced Gong at 25+ companies this year alone.

We're at ~$5M in ARR with 128% net revenue retention and on track to reach $10M by the end of 2026. Founded by a Stanford and Harvard AI team with 7 patents. Reps on Sybill save 10+ hours a week on admin, manage 2–5x more pipeline, and ramp 50% faster.

The Role

You'll own how Sybill builds, engages, and converts audiences. You will own the strategy and end-to-end execution of our growth. You’ll be a full funnel expert across core B2B channels to drive pipeline including social, ABM and scaled campaigns, events, influencers, and community. This is a builder role with outsized ownership working with our founders, marketers, and sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Build a growth strategy that raises Sybill's profile and our team's among our key audiences

  • Grow and engage our key audiences across all relevant channels, including ABM campaigns, sponsored content, events, ads/media, community and influencers

  • Track what's working and double down fast with both capital and resources. Move with urgency and budget accountability to drive results.

  • Partner with product and content marketing to amplify launches, tailoring content as needed by audience and channel, driving awareness and consideration. Informing content decisions through performance measurement.

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years in marketing with 6+ years in demand gen in high-growth B2B SaaS, with a passion to build in early stage startups.

  • You've built demand gen from something close to zero, or at Series A at a B2B company, ideally selling to sales, revenue, or GTM buyers/influencers.

  • Experience owning and driving ROI from a growth budget, owning all of the KPIs, LTV/CA, business projections and outcomes.

  • Online behavior and community savvy. You understand distribution and how attention and intent moves across platforms.

  • A track record of building and converting an audience, across relevant channels.

  • Curious, analytical, and experimental. You'd rather test ten ideas fast than plan one perfectly.

  • Sharp with data. You dig in to find what's actually working and can experiment with conviction.

  • You build with AI and have experience with AI agents as leverage. You get more done than a full team could two years ago.

  • Fluent with modern GTM tooling like Clay, Amplemarket, or Apollo, and you’re comfortable stitching together agentic workflows.

  • A strong writer who can flex tone across audiences and partner with internal teams to internalize messaging and positioning and translate it into effective campaigns and programs.
