Job Description SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Head of External PET Radiopharmacy Operations to lead and oversee the performance, compliance, and operational integration of radiopharmacy partners across the PET radiopharmaceutical network. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in radiopharmacy operations, regulatory requirements, and execution in time-critical supply environments. This role will focus on ensuring pharmacy readiness, enabling reliable product delivery, and driving operational consistency across the network.

Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities

Pharmacy Operations Leadership

  • Oversee operational performance of our partner radiopharmacies to ensure reliable production, dispensing, and delivery of PET radiopharmaceuticals across the US and Canada
  • Ensure pharmacies are aligned to daily execution needs and capable of meeting customer demand
  • Execute our operational strategies and support growth in the radiopharmacy product lines

Operational Integration

  • Serve as a key interface between Pharmacy Operations, Customer Supply Excellence, and External Manufacturing teams
  • Support execution workflows to ensure continuity of supply in a dynamic environment

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to Board of Pharmacy regulations, radiopharmacy standards, and applicable GMP requirements
  • Partner with Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure inspection readiness and compliance execution

Execution Support & Issue Resolution

  • Act as escalation point for pharmacy-related disruptions impacting customer delivery
  • Support cross-functional service recovery efforts in coordination with Customer Supply Excellence

Standardization & Continuous Improvement

  • Establish and implement standardized processes across pharmacy operations
  • Drive improvements in reliability, throughput, and operational performance
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in radiopharmacy, pharmaceutical operations, or related field
  • Experience managing or supporting pharmacy operations in regulated environments

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of radiopharmacy operations and Board of Pharmacy requirements
  • Understanding of GMP and regulatory frameworks impacting radiopharmaceuticals
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $160,000.00-$240,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
