Job Summary

The Head of Global Integrated Campaigns will define and orchestrate UserTesting’s global campaign strategy - connecting the dots across marketing functions, segments, and channels to deliver high-impact, measurable programs that drive brand awareness, demand, and pipeline growth.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and execution, partnering across product marketing, segment marketing, digital, brand, content, and sales to ensure every campaign delivers a cohesive story and tangible business results.

You’ll act as both a strategic architect and a hands-on orchestrator - translating business priorities into globally aligned, insight-driven campaigns. Leveraging AI and automation, you’ll streamline execution, uncover insights, and scale personalization to elevate how UserTesting engages with audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Define and lead a unified global campaign strategy that aligns with UserTesting’s growth priorities, target audiences, and product roadmap.

  • Partner with product marketing, segment marketing, brand and content to develop integrated, audience-centric campaigns spanning the entire funnel - from awareness to expansion.

  • Build scalable global campaign frameworks and toolkits that regional and segment marketers can adapt and activate.

  • Create integrated campaigns annual and quarterly plan and roadmap

  • Leverage AI-driven insights for audience segmentation, predictive performance, and personalized engagement.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Serve as the connective force across global marketing - aligning product, segment, digital, and brand teams around shared campaign objectives.

  • Manage agency partners to support campaign development and cross-channel execution.

  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure campaigns align to sales plays, key accounts, and pipeline goals.

  • Drive cross-functional campaign planning, governance, and progress tracking.

Execution, Optimization & AI Enablement

  • Oversee the end-to-end campaign lifecycle - from ideation to launch to post-campaign analysis.

  • Collaborate with marketing operations, analytics, and brand teams to properly set up campaigns, measure performance and continuously optimize for ROI.

  • Integrate AI and automation tools to increase efficiency in campaign creation, content activation, and data analysis.

  • Champion experimentation and testing to drive performance improvements, innovation, and learning.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Operate as a highly cross-functional leader - driving alignment and momentum through collaboration and influence.

  • Develop and document best practices, campaign playbooks, and scalable processes for global consistency.

  • Act as a trusted partner to brand, content, and creative teams to ensure every campaign delivers a cohesive brand story that converts.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with deep expertise in integrated or global campaign strategy and execution.

  • Proven success orchestrating cross-functional marketing programs and managing external agencies in a global SaaS or technology environment.

  • Strong understanding of the modern marketing mix (digital, ABM, content, paid, social, email, events) and how to unify these into cohesive programs.

  • Experience leveraging AI tools for marketing automation, insights, and optimization.

  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics platforms including Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, Mutiny, Goldcast, Calibermind, and Tableau.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across global teams.

  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical capabilities to translate performance insights into action.
