Job Category

360 Finance (our home services financing product) is seeking a senior commercial leader to own the strategy, growth, economics, and performance of its lender marketplace.

Reporting to the SVP/GM of Home Services, the Head of Lender Marketplace & Partnerships will lead the lender-facing organization and serve as the primary commercial owner of 360's lender ecosystem. This leader will be responsible for building and optimizing a high-performing network of lending partners while balancing lender economics, contractor value, consumer outcomes, and 360's financial performance.

This is a highly strategic, cross-functional role requiring a leader who can combine lender relationships, commercial strategy, marketplace economics, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

Lender Strategy & Partnerships
  • Own the overall strategy and growth of 360's lender marketplace.
  • Develop, recruit, negotiate, and manage relationships with banks, fintech lenders, credit unions, and point-of-sale financing providers.
  • Expand lender coverage across credit segments, loan products, trades, geographies, and contractor segments.
  • Build strategic partnerships that increase lender competition, consumer approval rates, contractor adoption, and marketplace value.
  • Serve as the senior leader relationship owner for key lending partners.
Marketplace Economics & Commercial Performance
  • Own lender pricing, economics, and monetization across waterfall and multi-lender marketplace models.
  • Optimize the marketplace across approval rates, consumer conversion, contractor economics, lender returns, and 360's margin.
  • Own lender revenue and Media Margin performance, identifying opportunities to improve monetization, yield, and marketplace efficiency.
  • Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, revenue share, economics, product structures, SLAs, and partnership terms.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize the long-term value of the lender ecosystem.
Organization & Execution
  • Lead and develop the lender organization, including Lender Sales & Relationships, Lender Onboarding, and Lender Compliance.
  • Establish the processes, systems, and performance management needed to scale the lender marketplace.
  • Ensure new lenders are efficiently contracted, onboarded, activated, and integrated into the marketplace.
  • Build a high-performing, enterprise-grade lender organization capable of supporting 360's largest home services customers.
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, Operations, Finance, and Legal/Compliance to evolve the lender marketplace.
  • Translate lender and market needs into product and technology priorities.
  • Work with Sales and Account Management to strengthen the value proposition of financing for home services contractors.
  • Partner with Finance to manage marketplace economics, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Participate in lender and marketplace compliance programs, ensuring appropriate controls and processes while recognizing 360's role as a marketplace rather than a bank or lender.
Requirements
  • Senior leader with 10+ years of experience in point-of-sale lending, embedded finance, consumer lending, lending marketplaces, fintech, or a related financial services environment.
  • Proven track record managing lender partnerships and commercial relationships with banks, fintech lenders, or other credit providers.
  • Experience owning or significantly influencing lender economics, pricing, revenue, margin, and marketplace performance.
  • Strong understanding of the interactions among lenders, merchants/contractors, consumers, and embedded-finance platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex commercial agreements and structure partnerships that create value for multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing commercial and relationship-management teams.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to use marketplace data to make commercial decisions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Legal/Compliance.
  • Home improvement, home services, or point-of-sale financing experience strongly preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate strategically while remaining highly execution-oriented.
