As Head of US Marketing, you will act as a business partner to Sales and Marketing leadership, driving pipeline growth and marketing programmes across the North America. You will translate market dynamics and business objectives into field strategies that create measurable revenue impact. This role reports directly to the VP Enterprise Marketing, who leads marketing for our Enterprise business unit (our larger, more complex customers). You will also work in a dotted-line capacity with the leadership of our Pro segment (our smaller and mid-sized customers), to keep regional marketing strategy aligned across both customer segments in North America.

Your impact at Brevo:

  • Define and own the regional marketing strategy for North America, aligning with global teams on brand, digital, paid media, email and events
  • Manage and develop a regional marketer (1 direct report), setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture, with scope to grow the team as North America scales
  • Translate business objectives into marketing programmes (combining events, digital, ABM PR, and content) with clear pipeline and revenue impact targets
  • Own the regional marketing budget (~€1M), track ROI and report on pipeline contribution to senior leadership
  • Drive ABM strategies in close partnership with Sales, targeting key accounts and strategic verticals
  • Build brand awareness through speaking opportunities, sponsored events, local partnerships and client advocacy
  • Act as a true business partner to Sales leadership — co-owning pipeline targets, building joint go-to-market plans, and holding yourself accountable to revenue outcomes, not just marketing activity

Who you are:

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing management or cross-functional campaign coordination in a global environment
  • Business-minded marketer who thinks in revenue outcomes first, marketing activities second — comfortable owning pipeline numbers alongside Sales
  • Equally strategic and hands-on: as capable of setting the regional roadmap as of rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns and events yourself, especially given the lean size of the team
  • Proven track record operating in complex, matrixed organizations — able to influence without authority and drive alignment across Sales, Product and central Marketing teams
  • Comfortable operating across time zones and reporting lines based outside the US
  • Agile and adaptable — able to shift priorities quickly in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment
  • Strategic, 360° view of the marketing mix — not just events — with the judgment to prioritize across channels based on pipeline impact
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI
  • Deep expertise in both online ( email, webinars, social) and offline (events, community) marketing channels
  • Experience with ABM strategies and enterprise sales cycles
  • Knowledge of the MarTech industry is a strong plus
  • Native in English; French and/or other European languages are a plus
