Position Summary:
As the Head of Marketing, you will be a key member who will direct and oversee the Marketing department. You will design, implement, and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with business goals. The ideal candidate has a solid Marketing background and work experience managing a variety of projects end-to-end, including paid advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
As the Marketing Leader, you will also develop analytical methods to assess the performance of the marketing initiatives to allow for optimization based on proven successes.
Principle Accountabilities (Key Result Areas)
Use market research, customer insights and competitive intelligence to understand company, product, and competitor positioning in the market
Partner with company leaders to develop unique company and brand positioning in market and evolve marketing strategy and product development based on market demand
Leverage understanding of market position to develop strategic marketing plan for the company
Develop a process to track and document market and competitor developments across business lines and keep company informed/educated on all developments
Be quantitative in your approach, always thinking about understanding the impact of your initiatives and using such data for decision making
Develop annual marketing plan based on key corporate and product goals, while being nimble enough to evolve plan based on market and product dynamics
Ability to collaborate closely with other teams, including sales, product, data and operations, and analytics teams to leverage all company knowledge.
Partner with the VP of PR/Brand to ensure message consistency
Develop and manage regional marketing team to ensure effective plan and project scope, timeline, budget, and implementation with key stakeholders.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics
Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
Engage and respond to inbound media inquiries and requests
Provide primary oversight of corporate website
Proactive engagement internally with Sales and other teams within the business, to ensure delivery of value proposition for each customer
Develop collateral that equips the sales teams with the content, tools, knowledge, and skills required to optimize client and prospect interactions

Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
BPO experience required
Minimum of 12 years’ experience in media or analytics marketing experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience executing multi-channel marketing strategies and plans
Strong background with digital marketing- Knowledge, experience, and ability to set direction across multiple digital platforms and channels (web, search engine marketing, digital display, targeted display, retargeting, OOT, organic and paid social, geofencing etc.)
Strong proficiency in all aspects of Google Analytics and Google Ads
Previous B2B and B2C SaaS experience
Significant experience with CRM and marketing automation systems to measure ROI and set strategy
Experience with reporting and statistical platforms to create integrated visualizations of data sets to provide insights and recommendations.
Experience working with and managing team sizes of 2-5 people
Ability to work in a multicultural team with the flexibility to work across various time zones
Compensation & Benefits:
The anticipated base salary range for this remote position is between $180,000- $200,000. In addition, Everise provides benefits including medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. Depending on the specific role, compensation may also include discretionary bonus and other benefit programs. The actual compensation package may vary based on factors such as skill set, experience level, and candidate's location.
