About Latent

Latent is the enterprise pharmacy intelligence platform, powered by a clinical agentic engine, that enables health systems to grow their pharmacy operations and serve more patients. One engine works across the pharmacy journey to identify patients who qualify for care, improve medication access, capture eligible prescriptions and support patients throughout treatment. Latent’s platform enables more than 60 leading health systems that collectively serve an estimated 70 million people. Founded by Sriram “Sri” Somasundaram and Rishabh Jain, Latent has raised $80 million from Transformation Capital, Spark Capital, Conviction, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and others.

The Role

The Head of Partner Enablement will own and scale Latent's training and enablement function, evolving it from a single trainer role into a world-class program that supports our expanding partner and health system network. This leader will build and manage a team of trainers, design a scalable enablement infrastructure (including an LLM-powered training portal, self-serve customer materials, and role-based curricula), and ensure every clinician, pharmacist, and operational user can adopt Latent quickly and confidently. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Implementation, Account Management, Sales/Partnerships, and Clinical, and reports into SVP of Partner Experience.

What You'll Do
  • Define the enablement strategy and 12-month roadmap, prioritizing the workflows and partner segments where training moves the needle most.

  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of trainers, setting clear role definitions, playbooks, and quality standards.

  • Establish the metrics that matter, including time-to-value, proficiency scores, and adoption, and report on them to leadership.

  • Launch the first version of a self-serve training resource for at least one customer segment, then expand it based on usage and feedback.

  • Embed with Product to ensure training content, release notes, and materials are ready before new features ship.

  • Work with Implementation and Account Management to build enablement into every partner's onboarding and expansion journey.

  • Collaborate with Clinical leaders to make sure training reflects real clinical and pharmacy workflows and earns credibility with end users.

  • Support Sales and Partnerships by contributing enablement plans to deals and showing prospective partners how they'll get their teams up to speed.

  • Create feedback loops from trainers and end users back to Product and Partner Experience to surface friction points early.

  • Build the business case for enablement investment, demonstrating its impact on retention, expansion, and partner satisfaction.

What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

  • 7+ years in customer enablement, training, or L&D within SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical operations, including experience managing or leading a team of trainers

  • Track record of building a training/enablement function from the ground up, not just running an existing one

  • Experience designing scalable training infrastructure, such as learning portals, LMS platforms, or AI/LLM-powered enablement tools

  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development expertise across live, virtual, and asynchronous formats (decks, quick-start guides, videos, e-learning modules, job aids)

  • Experience training clinicians, pharmacists, or healthcare operational users not required but strongly preferred
