A stealth-mode DeFi project, backed by top-tier venture capitalists, is seeking an experienced Head of Product. This role is pivotal in shaping the long-term vision and strategy for the liquid staking and derivatives platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Set and articulate the long-term vision and strategic direction of the product.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and impact.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to carry out product development and enhancements.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure alignment of product features with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Lead the product team through all phases of product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.
  • Communicate product strategy and updates to stakeholders and investors effectively.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience as Head of Product or similar role in a successful crypto project.
  • Strong understanding of DeFi, liquid staking, and financial derivatives.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills. Preferrably 3 years recent management experience at a top performing protocol, yield, funds platform.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
