The temporary ESC Administrator provides dedicated support for employee medical testing coordination while assisting with ancillary Employee Solutions Center processes based on operational priorities. This role helps maintain workforce readiness, timely case completion, accurate documentation, and responsive service across the employee lifecycle.
ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL
· Serve as a primary point of contact for medical testing requests involving employees, clinics, Global Mobility, Operations, and Project Management.
· Prioritize requests, contact employees, schedule clinic appointments, and communicate testing requirements and next steps.
· Follow up with employees and clinics to obtain medical results and resolve outstanding items.
· Maintain accurate tracking records and provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders.
· Ensure medical documentation is received, reviewed for completeness, and uploaded to approved employee record systems.
· Monitor approaching deadlines and escalate delays or risks that may affect workforce readiness.
· Provide operational support for ancillary ESC processes, including document management, employee data updates, onboarding and offboarding activities, employment verification, case routing, and general HR inquiries.
· Review requests for completeness, follow established procedures, and route items requiring specialized support to the appropriate HR team.
· Assist with workload surges, special projects, audits, data validation, and other ESC priorities as assigned.
· Maintain confidentiality and handle employee information in accordance with company requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities
· This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Reporting Relationship
· Reports to the HR Operations, Americas ESC Lead and works closely with ESC team members and HR stakeholders.
QualificationsREQUIRED
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Prior administrative, customer service, shared services, or HR support experience.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· High attention to detail and accuracy when entering, tracking, and maintaining information.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and medical information.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a service-focused team.
DESIRED
· Experience supporting HR operations, employee services, medical coordination, onboarding, offboarding, or document management.
· Experience working with an HR information system, case management platform, or electronic employee record system.
· Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.

Working Conditions
This position is considered office work and is characterized as follows:
· Work is performed primarily indoors in a professional office environment.
· Extended periods of computer and telephone use may be required.
· Occasional schedule flexibility may be needed to support business priorities, offshore personnel, or time-sensitive cases.
· The work surface is stable and flat.
