For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: USD $157,500 - $205,625
Zone B: USD $142,200 - $185,650
Zone C: USD $131,400 - $171,550
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

What You Will Do
- Partner with senior leaders globally to develop and implement people strategies that align with our vision and business goals.
- Collaborate with regional HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver talent strategies and operational plans.
- Plan and roll out core HR programs and processes in partnership with COEs for your supported teams and leaders.
- Use people analytics to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and recommend solutions for planning, program design, decision making, and measuring success.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support ongoing growth and scalability.
- Foster a culture of inclusion by integrating inclusive practices into talent acquisition, leadership development, employee experience, and organizational health.
- Coach leaders on organizational challenges, talent strategies, and leadership development.
Your Background
- At least 8 years of HR experience with progressively challenging responsibilities in HR Business Partner roles, ideally in high growth or technology environments.
- Experience working with global and international teams.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to quickly build strong, trusted relationships across leadership teams, cross functional partners, and key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to move quickly and use an iterative approach, shifting from strategy to execution, to drive and scale programs that deliver business outcomes.
- Excellent business storytelling skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to translate HR concepts and data insights into accessible, influential narratives.
- Critical thinker and analytically minded, with a track record of developing data driven solutions for the business.
- Business first mindset, able to operate at multiple levels of the HR function, driving strategic impact while executing effectively to achieve business outcomes.
