Company Description

Farther is a rapidly growing RIA that combines expert advisors with cutting-edge technology - delivering a comprehensive, tailored wealth management experience.

Farther’s founders are leaders and innovators from the private wealth industry who possess a unique blend of traditional wealth management, fintech, and technology production expertise. We’re backed by top-tier venture capital firms, fintech investors, and industry leaders.

Joining Farther means joining a collaborative team of entrepreneurs who are passionate about helping their clients and our teammates achieve more. If you’re the type who breaks through walls to get things done the right way, we want to build the future of wealth management with you.

The Role

Farther's Client Experience and Advisor Experience teams are the engine behind our advisor and client relationships — and it's growing fast. As HRBP for these orgs, you'll be the dedicated people partner embedded in our Irving, TX office, working closely with CX and AX leaders to build a team culture that's as strong as the client experience we deliver.

This isn't a passive HR support role. You'll own employee relations, coaching, and — most importantly — the training and development programs that help our managers level up. You'll be the in-person HR presence our Dallas team actually relies on, and a key partner to CX and AX leadership as they scale.

Your Impact

  • Serve as the primary people partner for Farther's Client Experience and Advisor Experience teams, providing hands-on support for employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution
  • Build and own a manager training and development program focused on elevating entry-level team members and developing managers within the CX and AX teams
  • Be the in-person HR resource in our Irving, TX office — someone employees and managers can walk up to with real questions and concerns
  • Partner with CX and AX leadership (including leaders overseeing advisor experience, client transitions, and client experience) on people strategy, headcount planning, and organizational development
  • Support performance management processes including goal-setting, reviews, and performance improvement in partnership with the Head of People
  • Help drive engagement and culture initiatives, with a lens toward how our CX and AX teams shows up for each other and for the business
  • Collaborate with the broader People team on companywide programs, sharing learnings and best practices from the CX and AX orgs

The Ideal Match

  • 4–7 years of HR experience with meaningful time in a generalist or HRBP role supporting a specific business unit or client group
  • Strong employee relations chops — you're comfortable handling complex, sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgment
  • Experience building or delivering manager training programs, especially for first-time or developing managers
  • High EQ and a communication style that earns trust quickly across all levels of an organization
  • Comfortable being the only HR person in the room (and in the office) — you operate independently and know when to escalate

Bonus Points

  • Experience supporting a CX, client services, or operations team in a high-growth environment
  • Familiarity with the financial services or wealth management industry — or curiosity about it
  • Experience with Rippling, Lattice, or similar HRIS/performance management platforms
  • Background in learning and development, facilitation, or instructional design
