JOB SUMMARY

Serves as a strategic HR Business Partner, delivering consultative HR guidance and services to leaders and employees across designated business units. Aligns business unit strategy and objectives with the organization’s mission, culture and operational standards, translating business priorities into proactive HR solutions. Maintains a strong level of business acumen regarding assigned units’ financial position, strategic planning, competitive forces and goal achievement. Provides strategic guidance in the areas of employee relations, talent retention and regulatory compliance. Partners with leadership on workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, training and performance management to develop integrated, forward-looking solutions. Builds cross-functional partnerships across HR Centers of Excellence and other key support functions to deliver value-added, business-aligned service.

JOB DUTIES
  • Analyzes business, HR, and external data to identify trends, evaluate risks, and recommend strategic solutions to improve workforce performance, retention, and employee experience
  • Builds and sustains strong relationships with HR teams, business leaders, and key stakeholders to foster collaboration, influence decisions, and support the implementation of people-focused initiatives
  • Provides guidance, coaching, and mentorship to managers and leaders on employee engagement, leadership development, and high-performing team management
  • Advises on organizational design, workforce planning, restructures, and change management initiatives to support growth and transformation
  • Coordinates talent management processes and partners with management to assess talent, have career conversations, identify critical roles, and facilitate calibration, and succession planning
  • Supports and coaches management through organizational changes and sensitive decisions, ensuring advice aligns with the broader people strategy and fosters a respectful, inclusive environment
  • Guides and oversees HR processes related to employee relations, performance management, and compliance, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and policies
  • Monitors, evaluates, and reports on HR metrics and data to inform continuous improvement, process enhancements, and automation solutions
  • Partners with talent acquisition teams and managers to support recruitment strategies and selection processes, ensuring alignment with long-term workforce planning and business needs
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance the employee experience and partners with management to develop and implement innovative and sustainable solutions
EXPERIENCE
  • Requires minimum 5 or more years job related work experience in excess of degree requirements
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources or related field (Required)
  • or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required
CERTIFICATION
  • PHR Professional in Human Resources (Preferred)
  • SHRM-CP (Preferred)

$102,000 - $140,000
