The HR Coordinator & People Analytics Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of the HR department by providing administrative and project coordination support, while also owning recurring and ad-hoc people analytics reporting. This role is a critical partner to the HR team and business leaders, ensuring accurate data reporting and smooth execution of HR processes — all while handling sensitive employee information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism.

How you will contribute:

HR Coordination & Administration

  • Draft, edit, and post job descriptions across multiple platforms, including the company careers page, Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and other job boards
  • Schedule and coordinate phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple calendars and time zones
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date requisition and candidate records
  • Draft and manage HR correspondence, documentation, and templates
  • Support the scheduling and logistics of HR meetings, training sessions, and employee events
  • Assist in the coordination of performance review cycles, open enrollment, and other recurring HR programs
  • Handle all HR-related information in strict compliance with confidentiality policies and applicable employment laws

Project Coordination

  • Support the planning and execution of HR department initiatives and cross-functional people projects
  • Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables; proactively flag risks or delays to HR leadership
  • Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and follow up on action items for HR project meetings
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Legal, business units) to support HR program rollouts

People Analytics & Reporting

Pull, organize, and distribute recurring HR reports including:

  • Recruiting metrics (pipeline, time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source effectiveness)
  • Employee attrition (voluntary/involuntary turnover, regrettable loss, department-level trends)
  • Employee engagement (survey participation, scores, trend analysis)
  • Employee census data (headcount, demographics, tenure, compensation bands)
  • Build and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reporting templates for HR leadership and business partners
  • Perform data quality audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across HR systems
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests from HR, Finance, and executive leadership
  • Identify trends and surface insights from people data to support HR decision-making

Qualifications

    • 2–4 years of experience in an HR coordinator, HR generalist, or HR operations role· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, formulas, data formatting)
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience pulling reports from an HRIS or ATS platform (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever)
    • Demonstrated experience handling confidential HR information with discretion and professionalism

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience creating HR dashboards or data visualizations (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
    • Experience supporting HR programs such as performance management, benefits administration, or talent acquisition
    • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification (or active pursuit of certification)
    • Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance requirements
