Job Summary:       

The HR Director is a strategic people leader who partners with business leaders to build high-performing teams, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and create better employee experience in a fast-paced technology environment. This role brings a solutions-oriented approach to employee relations, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, performance management, compensation cycles, and organizational change. The HR Director uses data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to simplify work, improve efficiency, and help leaders make thoughtful people decisions that support business goals and position teams for long-term success.

 

Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities for this role include:


·         Strategic business partner and change agent responsible for implementing people initiatives and cultural change at the department level.

·         Partner with the assigned client groups to manage employee relations issues, consult on organizational design, coach employees and managers and support HR functional processes.

Drive the performance management process.

·         Lead the True U Learning and Development program; including facilitation and communication to focus on career development a company-wide level.

·         Use AI tools daily to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

·         Actively participate in establishing long and short term goals and strategies for the function.

·         Special projects will be assigned to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the function.


Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 12+ years of HR experience or equivalent, in progressive roles

At Surescripts, base pay is one part of our Total Rewards Package (which may also include bonus, benefits etc.) and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this position is $160,000 - $195,600 per year. Your base pay may vary within or outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) your qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
