Role Description
Administer general HR duties such as onboarding, benefits, career engagement, and employee relations.
Cross-train and develop knowledge of all Human Resources functions to provide support across the HR department.
Manage and coordinate ER case load. Handle and investigate complaints, grievances, and employee escalations. Provide expert guidance to management to resolve complex ER issues and ensure a fair and compliant resolution.
Provide effective HR advisory service to senior leaders, managers, and employees covering various HR matters.
Facilitate orientations and other presentations representing HR’s initiatives to new hires and existing employees.
Assist with system updates and improvements for enhanced HR operations and efficiency.
Develop and draft policies that relate to HR practices for improved employee experience and compliance.
Lead on policy development and implementation, ensuring compliance with local laws, legislation, and best practices.
Maintain documentation of compliance activities, such as grievances received or investigation outcomes, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records.
Conduct HR audits to identify areas of non-compliance, including periodic reviews of internal policies and procedures.

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor's degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology preferred)
1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a HR Generalist role
Employee Relations experience, including managing end-to-end complex cases with minimal supervision.
Thorough understanding of employment law, regulations, and best practices.
The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $95,000. The estimated on-target earnings, or OTE, which includes a base salary, are $65,000 - $95,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
