Recruiting Program Specialist

To help fuel and manage our continued growth we’re looking to hire a Recruiting Program Specialist.
Our Recruiting Program Specialist will be responsible for crafting, implementing and maintaining talent pipeline programs for the Recruiting organization. Such programs will include, but are not limited to, the Employee Referral Program. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong interest in recruiting, program management, and creating outstanding candidate experience!
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for all employee referrals globally
- Build and implement refreshed employee referral pipeline programs
- Work cross-functionally and globally to ensure talent pipeline programs run seamlessly
- Implement a new technology for employee referrals
- Assist with the internal roll-out and training of our new employee referral platform
- Assist with piloting our employee referral program in various office locations
The ideal candidate will have
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting or with recruiting programs
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box in building out/supporting our Company culture through talent pipeline programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Flexibility to wear many hats, and multi-task
- Uses data to make decisions
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or other relevant major
