Job Summary

Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Manager, Campus Recruiting Programs to join the Talent Acquisition team. A newly created position, the successful candidate will have a background in talent acquisition, talent management, and diversity & inclusion. Partnering with the business leads and senior People Team leadership, the Senior Manager, Campus Recruiting Programs will be responsible for planning, managing, and scaling Real Chemistry’s internship and rotational programs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, evaluation and execute strategic partnerships and organizational enrollments that support the recruitment, training, and development of internship programs.
  • Build external and internal alliances that develop and increase people acquisition from new and diverse industry sectors, fostering new ways of integrating diverse talent into the organization to drive business transformation.
  • Identify and develop new partnerships, as well as expand existing relationships with professional associations, educational institutions and healthcare organizations.
  • Use internal resources and external market data to continually identify prospective corporate, non-profit, educational, organizations with whom to develop strong relationships and collaborative partnerships with which result in programming opportunities and talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate negotiation and planning for custom corporate partnerships, partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) and staff as needed.
  • Develop College programs that support long-lasting partnerships and position Real Chemistry as a preferred partner for staff innovation and training to create the workforce of the future.
  • Proactively monitor best-in-class human capital trends across industries and network with industry professionals to consistently bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Talent Management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and collaborative environment that is multifaceted and subject to rapid change.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills that enable effective management of multiple projects and opposing deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in all standard computer applications, including Microsoft Office products, particularly, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • An undergraduate degree in a related field required.
