Job Title: Human Capital Data Analyst

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or related field; advanced analytics certification preferred.
• 5+ years in data analysis, workforce analytics, or HR analytics.
• Demonstrated experience developing data visualizations, dashboards, executive briefings, analytical presentations, and summary reports using commonly available business intelligence, spreadsheet, or presentation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership using clear visual products, concise written analysis, and actionable recommendations.
• Experience conducting benchmarking studies and developing actionable recommendations based on industry standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing analytical reports and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience supporting federal HR, law enforcement, or workforce modernization projects of similar size and complexity.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or Government-approved equivalent tools.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security check.
• U.S. Citizen.
