WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate, maintain, and analyze regular reports on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, compensation trends, and engagement results for the Executive Team

  • Data Integrity: Serve as the guardian of employee data accuracy within the HRIS (e.g., HiBob) and other connected systems, performing regular audits, clean-up, and ensuring consistency across platforms

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Fulfill time-sensitive, ad-hoc data and reporting requests from senior leaders, Finance, and Legal to inform critical business decisions and planning cycles

  • Compliance Reporting: Assist the HR and People Operations team in the accurate preparation and submission of mandatory compliance reports (e.g., EEO-1, global filings, SOC II and ISO Audits)

  • System Administration: Act as a hands-on system administrator for our HRIS (e.g., HiBob) and key HR technology platforms (e.g., Ashby, Juno Journey, Pave, Coda), managing user access, system configurations, and data export

  • Process Optimization: Proactively identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing HR and People Ops processes. Propose and implement streamlined, scalable solutions to minimize manual data entry and increase compliance

  • Program Support: Provide administrative and data support for key annual HR programs, including performance review cycles, compensation planning, and employee engagement surveys

  • Ad Hoc Project Support: Provide essential analytical and operational support to HRBPs on various projects, helping to translate strategic concepts into measurable outcomes

WHAT YOU’ll BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a quantitative field

  • 3–5 years of experience working in an analytical or data-focused role, preferably within a Human Resources or People Operations function

  • Proven expertise in managing and manipulating data using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets & Google Slides (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)

  • Prior hands-on experience as an administrator or heavy user of a modern HRIS (e.g., HiBob, Workday, BambooHR)

  • Strong attention to detail and an absolute commitment to data accuracy and integrity

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders
