Job Description:

FormFactor is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our high-growth operations in Farmers Branch. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a startup-like environment—fast-paced, evolving, and people-centric. 

The HRBP will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leaders and employees, driving initiatives across talent development, engagement, organizational effectiveness, and culture. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on building scalable processes while maintaining an engaging, inclusive employee experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership 

  • Partner closely with site leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness.

  • Act as a thought partner on change management and growth initiatives.

Employee Experience & Engagement 

  • Drive programs focused on engagement, retention, and development.

  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture. 

  • Lead employee listening strategies and translate feedback into actionable improvements. 

Talent Management & Development 

  • Partner with leaders to identify and develop talent pipelines. 

  • Support performance management, coaching, and career development initiatives. 

  • Support a broad workforce that ranges from front line operations and executive leaders.  

  • Implement learning and development programs tailored to diverse experience levels.

Employee Relations 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. 

  • Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, conflict resolution, and communication. 

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and company practices. 

Operational Excellence 

  • Build and refine HR processes and policies suitable for a scaling organization. 

  • Analyze workforce metrics and trends to inform business decisions.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and onboarding experience. 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 

  • 6–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or generalist roles. 

  • Experience supporting fast-paced or high-growth environments (startup or scaling operations preferred). 

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and employee relations. 

  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and drive organizational outcomes.

  • Background in manufacturing or semiconductor industry environments. 

  • HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
