CompleteRx is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to play a key role in supporting employees and leaders across our growing multi-state organization. In this hybrid position, you'll lead benefits, employee relations, compliance, and HR initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor for our teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You're a people-focused HR professional who thrives on building relationships, solving challenges, and supporting employees throughout their journey.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years relevant Human Resources experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification required.
  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, ideally in a healthcare and/or multi-site/multi-state environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Experience coaching leaders and addressing employee matters.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
