Human Resources Intern – Summer 2027

Location: North Richland Hills, TX
Pay: $21.50 per hour
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week | 10-Week Summer Internship

Position Summary

Ragle Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team for Summer 2027. This internship provides hands-on exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources while working alongside our HR and Talent Acquisition teams.

The HR Intern will assist with onboarding, employee records, engagement initiatives, recruiting activities, internal communications, and special HR projects. This is a great opportunity for a student interested in building practical HR experience while learning how Human Resources supports employees across a growing heavy civil construction company.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation materials, and employee communications
  • Maintain and organize employee files, electronic records, and HR documentation
  • Support HR audits, data entry, record accuracy, and document retention projects
  • Assist with employee status changes and other employee lifecycle documentation
  • Help coordinate employee appreciation events, recognition programs, celebrations, and engagement activities
  • Assist with internal employee communications, presentations, and HR resource materials
  • Support interview scheduling, candidate communications, career fairs, and recruiting events
  • Maintain HR spreadsheets, trackers, and reports
  • Assist with special HR projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and Company information
What We're Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous administrative, customer service, office, or internship experience
  • Basic Microsoft Excel experience, including formulas and data organization
  • Familiarity with Human Resources concepts, employment practices, or business operations
  • Previous experience working in a professional office environment
