  • Overview: 7-Eleven Information Security is looking for a customer-experience obsessed technical analyst to support, develop, and implement our growing capabilities in Identity & Access Management. This role will be accountable for requirements gathering of Identity and Access Management related solutions for operational support. The ideal candidate is an integrator of people, processes, and technology, a thought leader, a problem solver, and has a knowledge of security best practices and security technologies.
  • This candidate should demonstrate aptitude in information security, and specifically within Identity and Access Management, with a broad breadth of experience in the consumer or retail domain. We are looking for someone who can act like an entrepreneur to engage at the pace of innovation and be courageous with their point of view to ensure appropriate risk mitigation.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree

YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 5+ years

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: CompTIA Security + (Preferred Not Required)

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Responsibilities:
  • Identify systemic and procedural gaps and support our IAM policies through security best practices.
  • L3+ Level of Support which provides both operations and hands on opportunities.
  • Monitor application health, provide metrics/KPIs and improve run-time.
  • Solution scalable integrations to maximize automation.
  • Collaborate and maintain platform version upgrades, certification renewals, and patching.
  • Complete/Remediate operational incidents and partner with the Help Desk for sustainable success.
  • Identify, Assess, & Prevent environmental findings to strengthen our interior perimeter
  • Supporting custom workflows, rules, forms and policies.
  • Participating in a 24x7x365 on call.
  • Analyzing requests to adequately assess risk and best practices to define acceptable solutions, aligning business and security requirements.
  • Documenting process, standards, guidelines, and knowledge-based documents.
  • Performing root cause analysis and communicating with end users on regular basis.
  • Key Qualifications:
  • Ability to justify and quantify the day-to-day activity in Operational Support and Initiative Progress
  • Hands on Experience with Sailpoint IIQ like developing or fixing workflows, rules, tasks, forms.
  • Java development experience and scripting (shell)
  • Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills along with documentation.
  • Troubleshooting experience in SailPoint IIQ workflows, rules, tasks and custom form.
  • Strong communication skill and must be able to clearly explain via call or email.
  • Must be able to generate on demand user reports, access reports from AD, Database or IIQ itself for Audit and analysis purpose.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and scan environment regularly to find out gaps, defects, error and document those.
  • Eager to learn new technology and demonstrate progress and ideas.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience on ITIL tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Key Insights on Privileged Access Management, RBAC, and Least Privilege solutions. (Delinea / CyberArk)
  • Understanding of standard protocols like OIDC, SAML, OAUTH, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos.
