The Opportunity
As a Cybersecurity - Identity and Access Management - Manager, you will focus on confirming secure and efficient access to systems and data for employees and clients. Your work will involve designing and implementing strategies to protect sensitive information and manage user identities within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style, motivating and developing your team to deliver quality results. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. By embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing identity and access management strategies to protect sensitive information
- Managing user identities and access rights using systems like Azure Active Directory and CyberArk Management
- Developing secure systems and solutions to safeguard data from cyber threats
- Leading teams in the execution of cybersecurity initiatives and mentoring junior staff
- Analyzing system interactions to identify vulnerabilities and improve security measures
- Collaborating with client leadership to align security strategies with business objectives
- Utilizing encryption technologies and identity-based encryption to enhance data protection
- Overseeing the deployment of federated identity management and identity governance frameworks
- Validating compliance with authorization management systems and IT governance standards
- Promoting the adoption of innovative cybersecurity technologies and practices across teams
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- Utilizing Azure Active Directory for enhanced security measures
- Implementing CyberArk Management for privileged access control
- Excelling in Identity Governance Framework (IGF) applications
- Leveraging IT Risk Management to mitigate potential threats
- Developing strategies for Federated Identity Management solutions
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
