Engage warm inbound and limited outbound leads from home improvement contractors, rapidly qualify needs, conduct discovery and live product demos, and close deals—often on the first call. Manage daily inbound leads, maintain an active pipeline, achieve monthly closed-deal quotas, accurately log activity in Salesforce and Dialpad, and hand closed accounts to Customer Success for onboarding.

About Hearth

Hearth is the AI growth system for America's home improvement contractors. With 15,000+ paying customers, default profitability, and backing from top-tier investors like Founders Fund and 8VC, we provide the revenue-critical software tradespeople rely on to run their businesses.

We are now building our next layer of innovation: an autonomous AI employee for every contractor. By answering calls 24/7, qualifying leads, and booking jobs, this AI ensures small businesses never miss a lead again. We're on a mission to bring AI to the trades—and we need your help to build it.

The Role

Hearth's inbound demand has been climbing — interested contractors are reaching out to learn more about our tools, especially our Financing and AI options. With that in mind we are growing our team by adding more sales professionals who can close at a high rate. You'll join our inbound team picking up those warm leads, qualifying them fast, running the demo, and closing the deal — often all in the first call. This isn't a new experiment for us; we already have sales professionals in this role proving out the motion. The opportunity isn't about babysitting a pipeline — it's about picking up the phone, understanding the need, and closing. Once you close, the account moves to Customer Success, so your focus stays on, converting interest into revenue.

What You'll Do:

  • Take inbound and make outbound calls to engage contractors who've already reached out — no cold calling, no prospecting required
  • Qualify each lead quickly and run real discovery to understand what the contractor needs
  • Run live product demos and close deals, often within that first call
  • Work new inbound leads daily and manage your active pipeline
  • Own a monthly quota of closed deals. The number of deals depends on deals size
  • Hand off closed deals cleanly to Customer Success so onboarding starts strong
  • Keep your pipeline and activity accurately logged in Salesforce and Dialpad

Who You Are:

1. You close at a high rate. Whether you've sourced your own pipeline or worked off demos an SDR set up for you, you can point to real numbers — close rate, quota attainment

2. You're coachable. You know what you're good at, but you take feedback and put it into practice

3. Nice to have: experience , selling into the trades or home improvement space

What We're Not Looking For:

This isn't the right sales opportunity if your sales background is mainly managing an existing book of accounts, or if you have not closed deals at a high level
