The Remote Information Entry Assistant will provide administrative and data management support by processing business information, updating electronic records, organizing digital documents, and ensuring the accuracy of information stored within company databases.

The individual will work remotely while collaborating with supervisors and other team members to complete assigned administrative tasks within established deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update information into company databases and digital systems.
• Review submitted documents and verify information for accuracy.
• Maintain and organize electronic records and business files.
• Identify missing, incomplete, or incorrect information.
• Transfer information from documents into designated software.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and basic reports.
