Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of the ERP infrastructure lifecycle to support the new ERP system.
- Develop and implement data quality standards and procedures for ERP Infrastructure Lifecycle data inputs and updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data flows and ensure data integrity with the ERP system.
- Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the existing infrastructure lifecycle.
- Drive process improvements across various business areas, leveraging the capabilities of the new ERP system.
- Integrate new ERP processes with existing and new tools in adjacent process areas.
- Document and maintain the ERP infrastructure lifecycle and associated processes.
- Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on ERP infrastructure lifecycle and processes.
- Monitor and report on the performance and effectiveness of the ERP infrastructure lifecycle.
Examples of Desirable Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Extensive experience with ERP implementations and infrastructure / asset lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement new processes.
- Experience with integrating ERP systems with other tools and applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP (especially its asset management data model and processes).
Bonus Points:
