  • Maintain project schedules, milestone trackers and delivery plans, and monitor progress against agreed commitments and dependencies.
  • Prepare clear project reports, management information, briefings, presentations and governance submissions to support informed decision-making.
  • Maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies) records and support the identification, escalation and management of project risks and issues.
  • Coordinate project actions, approvals and deliverables through established governance and assurance arrangements.
  • Maintain robust document control, records management and project information arrangements.
  • Support business case, procurement and commercial activities where required, including coordination of inputs, documentation and stakeholder actions.
  • Provide delivery oversight and proactive follow-up to ensure actions are closed and project outputs are progressed in a timely manner.
  • Promote professional, collaborative and disciplined project-management practices throughout the assignment.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Professional project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP, or similar) is desirable.
  • 5+ years' experience delivering or supporting infrastructure, engineering, construction, or major capital projects.

  • Proactive, delivery-focused mindset with sound judgement and the confidence to escalate issues when required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience is an advantage.
  • Experience within defence, government, regulated industries, or the Saudi/Middle East market would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of procurement, commercial, business case, or project finance activities is advantageous.
