Position Title: Sales Manager
This is a high-impact sales leadership role focused on building and managing a team of inside negotiators who handle cell site lease transactions on behalf of mobile carriers and tower companies. Position Type: Full Time
Compensation: Base $90k-110k Annual DOE + With OTE of $150k (Variable Compensation Uncapped)

The Role
- Daily coaching (individual and group) to support the MD7 value of Continuous Improvement and foster ownership of this value at an individual level.
- Performance Management in analyzing sales data and metrics to assess performance against targets; identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Establish clear and achievable goals/sales expectations for the department while also stretching the team to achieve new levels of performance; regularly communicate these goals to the team. Work closely with sales representatives to provide insights, resources, and support in achieving their individual and team targets.
- Identify training needs and facilitate development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge at an individual and team level. Expand/develop new hire training.
- Create a culture that fosters the growth and development of leaders within the team.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and company strategies.
You Have
- Proven experience in sales management or a related leadership role, specifically experience managing large teams in a high-volume call-center environment (minimum 5 years)
- Documented track record of achieving and exceeding targets as the leader of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple teams
- Ability to motivate and inspire others with and without direct authority
