Role Overview:

As a Specialist, Success Advisor focused on Voice, you thrive in understanding our service professionals' (our Pros') communication challenges and how every missed call can mean a missed opportunity. Your focus is on increasing Voice adoption and helping Pros understand how routing their business line through Housecall Pro enables them to stay connected with customers, never miss important calls, and deliver a seamless customer experience while running their business. You are consultative, empathetic, and confident in helping Pros see how a reliable business phone solution can improve customer responsiveness, professionalism, and operational efficiency.

What you do each day:  

  • Use a Pro-focused, consultative selling style rooted in understanding the Pro’s day-to-day challenges and goals
  • Handle a full sales cycle from booking to close, and engagement
  • Work collaboratively with a team to drive new attachment of service professionals to increase usage as a percentage of Pro’s total GMV and increase MRR per account managed
  • Convey empathy for Pros’ pain to foster trust and connections to you as an individual and to our brand as a whole that are deeper than typical transactional sales
  • Understand and adapt to our ongoing product and technology developments
  • Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills
  • Maintain daily activity metrics blended between calls and attended demos

Qualifications: 

  • 1+ years experience in a similar customer facing, sales, or retention role
  • Bachelor's degree equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams, and building strong relationships internally and externally
  • CRM experience strongly preferred

Location Dependent Information:

This role is open to candidates, with an expected base hourly rate of $18.39-$20.43 and annual on-target earnings of $60,000 . The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
