Overview:

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365 days a year, 7 days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.

Summary:

Mr. Greens is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Inside Sales Representative to help us achieve growth, retention, and sales goals through quality customer service and a deep understanding of our products and services. This position will be based in our Miami office.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develop and maintain meaningful customer relationships to build trust and loyalty.
  • Make daily calls to customers to inform them of product shortages and potentially offer alternative solutions.
  • Follow-up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Respond to customer queries regarding products and services.
  • Process phone and email orders from customers.
  • Check stock availability and provide delivery ETA.
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
  • Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates.

Qualifications:

  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • Previous inside sales/customer service experience required.
  • Data entry, organization, multitasking and customer focus skills required.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal and listening) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency of Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Self-motivated and with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of the produce/foodservice industry is preferred.
  • Preferably bilingual.
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
  • Must live in the Austin area.

  • This position works in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels.
