Superlanet is seeking an Instructional Technology Coordinator to support our healthcare client in Texas. This is a 3-month contract opportunity with hybrid onsite expectations.

The Instructional Technology Coordinator provides frontline AV and instructional technology support across classrooms, simulation labs, conference rooms, and interactive learning spaces. This individual will support faculty and staff with physical room technology, hybrid event setup, instructional hardware, and live learning environments.

The role will also play an active part in a Laerdal SimCapture implementation and simulation lab AV upgrade, supporting the transition from the organization's existing simulation learning platform.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced academic healthcare environment, troubleshooting AV and instructional technology under time-sensitive conditions, and providing professional, responsive support to faculty, staff, and clinical educators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide frontline AV and instructional technology support for classrooms, simulation labs, conference rooms, and event spaces, including in-person and hybrid events.

  • Set up, test, and support presentation technology, audience response systems, loaner AV/IT equipment, and other instructional hardware.

  • Configure, demonstrate, and troubleshoot Zoom and Microsoft Teams Rooms for hybrid meetings, learning sessions, and livestream events.

  • Support the Laerdal SimCapture implementation, including technology setup, testing, hardware preparation, and coordination within simulation learning spaces.

  • Assist with simulation lab AV upgrades and the transition from the organization's existing simulation technology platform.

  • Support AV infrastructure planning, platform configuration, equipment installation, testing, and hardware preparation.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, audio, video, and presentation issues during live instructional sessions.

  • Maintain documentation of AV standards, configurations, procedures, and best practices for instructional technologies and learning spaces.

  • Partner closely with faculty, staff, clinical educators, and technical teams to ensure reliable classroom and simulation technology experiences.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience providing AV, classroom technology, or instructional technology support within higher education, healthcare, simulation, or corporate training environments.

  • Hands-on experience supporting Zoom and Microsoft Teams room configurations and hybrid events.

  • Experience troubleshooting AV hardware and software in live, time-sensitive environments.

  • Strong faculty-, staff-, and customer-facing communication and service skills.

  • Comfortable providing hands-on support within classrooms, assessment spaces, and simulation lab environments.

  • Ability to work onsite as needed to support physical learning spaces, equipment, implementations, and events.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with video capture, lecture capture, or simulation recording systems.

  • Familiarity with Laerdal SimCapture or other healthcare simulation technology platforms.

  • Experience supporting AV installations, upgrades, and hardware configurations.

  • Experience supporting simulation labs or clinical education environments.

  • Experience supporting in-person, hybrid, and livestream academic events.

  • Background working within an academic medical center, university, healthcare organization, or similar environment.



Benefits
Hourly pay will vary based on qualifications and contract structure $37.00/hr - $47.00/hr +
