Insurance Specialist

How you succeed
It starts with understanding the needs and desires of our customers. You'll need to build strong relationships with them, identify their insurance needs, and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure you're always offering the best solutions.
What you do

·       Devise, plan and implement Insurance sales strategy and initiatives to achieve business target for the Retail Banking

·       Provide training and coaching to frontline sales staff on insurance product knowledge and selling skills and any updates on regulatory requirements

·       Provide pre-case study and joint-call support frontline sales staff to close sales

·       Perform sales analysis and planning with close monitoring of sales activities and trend

·       Assist in reviewing compliance insurance-related work to ensure regulatory requirements are met

Who you are

·       Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or Accounting

·       5 - 8 years of experience in Life Insurance business with main focus on Sales Role

·       Relevant Insurance license, with CFP / CFMP designations most preferred

·       Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the banking services

·       Broad understanding of banking services, insurance solutions and all aspects of financial planning strategies and concepts. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

·       Proficient in English and Chinese

·       Macao ID holder
