WHO WE ARE 🌍

We help creators get more out of every conversation with Instagram-focused automations and support for other channels like Messenger, WhatsApp, and TikTok. The result? Better engagement, more sales, and real, sustainable growth.

With a diverse team of 350+ people spread across three continents, we’re building the leading Chat Marketing platform that is used — and loved — by more than 1.5 million customers worldwide.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🌟

Manychat powers over a billion conversations a year for creators on social. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about where and how we are showing up in conversations.

This role exists to help with wherever media happens today, whatever that may mean in the modern era. Media coverage is no longer just traditional press or online publications. We’re looking for someone that is chronically online enough to know conversations happen in the algorithm and not just in a traditional newsfeed anymore. It’s across social media, creator communities, newsletters, podcasts and other emerging channels that shape perception.
You are someone who questions what impact a story will have (and where that story should live.) You test new methods and strategies for storytelling (even if they don’t end up working). You are someone that is excited about shaping the future of influential media moments. You are someone who spots a trend before it’s mainstream.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀
  • Help develop and execute integrated PR strategies and moments rooted in social and creator culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with content, social, creator partnerships, integrated marketing, and brand teams to help amplify key moments.
  • Assist with narrative shaping and research for award and speaking engagements to get us in the right conversations and rooms.
  • Discover the best media opportunities by researching journalists, outlets, trends, podcasts, newsletters, and cultural moments and build relationships with said media, creators, non-traditional media voices, and other community leaders.
  • Bring proactive ideas that challenge traditional PR thinking and help define what modern PR should look like for Manychat.
TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥

You’ll need:

  • Ideally 2-4 years of experience in PR, Social Media, and/or a creator economy role. (But if you are chronically online enough to understand where we should show up, don’t let these numbers put you off!
  • Strong understanding of creator culture and what success looks like on social platforms and other emerging media.
  • Storytelling skills with a knack for spotting trends and cultural movements.
  • Passionate about shaping the future of media (Basically, if you think traditional PR is not the way anymore, we want you!).
  • You understand where modern media lives and how attention moves (pssst…it’s not just NYTimes that’s a media win anymore 🤫).

It would be great if:

  • You're a creator yourself! (or want to be!)
  • You have agency experience.
What We Offer 🤗

We care deeply about your growth, well-being, and comfort:

  • 📚 Annual professional development reimbursement for conference tickets, online courses, and other relevant resources to help you grow.
  • 💙 Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
  • 🪴 Hybrid work and generous leave options to prioritize your work-life balance.
  • 🍽️ In-office perks, including free meals and snacks.
  • 🤝 Company-funded sport activities, annual offsites and team-building events.
