About the Role

We are seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. As an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology, you will be a recognized Oncology professional with experience in design, operational conduct, and successful global delivery of solutions. You will partner with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, Commercial Operations, and Strategic Business Units to optimize new business awards through compelling operational and technical strategies and business solutions that support current and future client needs. Your strategies will include in-depth risk assessments and scenario plans.

You’ll join a complex, cross-functional environment where your Oncology expertise, consultative approach, and strategic perspective will help shape differentiated solutions, support clients through the pre-award process, and strengthen Parexel’s ability to address evolving market and client needs. This role offers opportunities to expand capabilities while contributing to solutions that support clinical research and the development of new therapies for patients.


Key Responsibilities

• Partner with colleagues in Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and Strategic Business Units to identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities and craft creative solutions for specific sales campaigns and strategic opportunity pursuits within Oncology.

• Provide advice and guidance to Sponsors and internal teams, applying Oncology expertise to develop highly competitive solution models and communicating credibly and compellingly with audiences ranging from peers and project teams to C-suite leaders.

• Create customer-focused, well-presented proposal content that clearly differentiates Parexel from competitors and helps drive growth across Strategic Business Units.

• Ensure client responses reflect strategy discussions, meet client needs, deliver consistent messaging, and convey the value proposition and critical success factors.

• Define bid pursuit content, review and integrate content and considerations into request for proposal strategies, and support or participate in bid pursuit meetings as needed.

• Drive a consultative approach that enables Parexel to develop unique business solutions for customers and position their value to support industry leadership.

• Provide strategic and technical leadership within pre- and post-sales activities, consultancy for solutions opportunities, and strategic directional guidance for major accounts.

• Support clients through the pre-award process and play a key role in promoting solution adoption.

• Maintain extensive knowledge of relevant products and pipelines, identify business opportunities for Parexel, and remain aware of industry trends and relevant changes in global regulations.

• Bring market requirements and client feedback into Product Management and the solution development process to create relevant market value propositions and strengthen an outside-in, One Parexel culture.

• Participate in discovery sessions to understand client business objectives and system needs, solve complex business issues, and present solutions to clients.

• Support Strategic Business Unit-specific targets.


Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree

• 5+ years of experience in the Life Science industry and Clinical Research Organization environment

• 5+ years of experience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical, technical, or operational strategies

• 5+ years of Oncology expertise with experience in design, operational conduct, and successful global delivery of solutions

• Willingness to travel up to 30%
