Support HR team with onboarding/offboarding, daily HR administration, recruitment and training coordination, HR database updates, employee engagement, internal communications, compliance documentation, and training logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding activities including documentation collection, HR system updates, and induction coordination
- Support offboarding processes by preparing clearance documents and maintaining records
- Support daily HR administrative tasks and follow up on pending employee documentation
- Assist in updating HR databases, trackers, and reports
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities,
- Create & Assist with internal communications related to HR initiatives
- Support basic compliance documentation and audits under guidance of the HR team
- Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, and sessions
- Support training logistics including attendance tracking, session scheduling, and venue/virtual setup
- Help maintain training records, learning trackers, and feedback summaries
Qualifications
- Undergraduate / Fresh Graduate, reading for / completed a degree in HRM, Business Management, or a related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills\
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work collaboratively with the HR team
- Creative mindset with basic design skills to support HR and L&D materials; experience with Canva or similar tools is an advantage.
- Undertake ad-hoc HR projects and tasks assigned by the HR Manager & Executive
