Intern | Operations Project Analyst

Epicor is seeking a motivated Operations Project Analyst Intern to support process discovery and redesign efforts across key Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and the Ops PMO tool selection and intake process design. This internship provides hands-on exposure to enterprise process improvement, systems analysis, and transformation work within a SaaS ERP environment.

The intern will work closely with experienced program and process leaders and gain practical experience in how large-scale operational improvements are designed and delivered.

What You’ll Work On
  • Process Improvement & Design Support

    • Contribute to process improvement or redesign activities using different approaches, which may include workshops, analysis, or structured reviews

    • Assist with documenting workflows, handoffs, roles, and decision points using a variety of formats (process maps, notes, summaries, or visual artifacts)

    • Help capture inputs, feedback, and outcomes from working sessions or discovery efforts

  • Analysis, Gaps & Risk Awareness

    • Assist in identifying improvement opportunities, gaps, risks, or constraints across people, process, tools, and data

    • Support documentation of findings in clear, concise formats suitable for team review

  • Roadmap, Planning & Change Support

    • Help develop high-level plans or sequencing for improvements or initiatives

    • Support change awareness activities such as documenting impacts, dependencies, or communication needs

  • PMO Tool Evaluation & Enablement

    • Assist with evaluating tools used for project intake, prioritization, tracking, and reporting

    • Help document tool capabilities, strengths, limitations, and user experience considerations

    • Support analysis comparing tools against PMO needs and use cases

What Skills & Experience You'll Need?
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field

  • Interest in operations, process improvement, project/program management, or enterprise systems

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and learning new frameworks, tools, and ways of working

  • Interns must be enrolled in classes beyond Spring 2026 to be considered**
