About the Job

Life360 is seeking a Internal Experiences Manager to own the design and execution of our most important internal moments  from Circle Ups and Semi Circles (our full company yearly offsite and smaller team offsites) to leadership offsites, all-hands experiences, and team-building activities. Reporting to the Head of Experiential Marketing, this role is responsible for transforming internal meetings into meaningful, high-energy experiences that reinforce Life360's culture, values, and cross-functional connection.

This is a role for someone who believes that how a company gathers internally is just as important as how it shows up externally and has the creativity, operational rigor, and people instincts to prove it.

The US-based salary range for this position is $121,500 to $178,500. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary - therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do

Circle Ups & Semi Circles - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Life360's recurring internal gathering formats, including full Circle Ups and Semi Circle sessions. Elevate these from logistical coordination to intentional cultural experiences, thoughtful programming, smooth facilitation support, on-brand production, and moments that make people feel connected to the mission.

Leadership Offsites - Support the planning and production of leadership offsites, planning sessions, and executive-level gatherings, in close partnership with the Head of Experiential and People/HR teams.

Vendor & Logistics Management - Own relationships with venues, A/V, catering, production, and facilitation vendors for internal events,  approaching each partnership as a long-term investment, not a one-time transaction. Cultivate preferred vendor relationships that unlock better pricing, priority access, operational efficiencies, and elevated service over time. Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve execution quality through smarter vendor strategy and repeatability. Manage timelines, budgets, run-of-show documents, and on-site execution with a high standard for quality and detail.

Culture & Community Programming - Support, in partnership with HR, internal community touchpoints that strengthen belonging and reinforce Life360's values between major gatherings, think informal programming, milestone moments, and culture rituals that keep teams connected.

What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8 years of experience in event production, internal communications events, employee experience, or experiential marketing
  • Demonstrated passion for community-building and culture,  you care deeply about how people feel in a room
  • Strong project management and operational skills; you can run a flawless run-of-show and still bring creative energy to the experience
  • Excellent cross-functional communication; comfortable working with executives, HR/People teams, and department leads
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously
  • A creative eye for the details that turn a meeting into a moment
  • Startup or high-growth company experience a plus; comfort with ambiguity and fast timelines is a must
Our Benefits
  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans (100% paid for employees)
  • 401(k) plan with company matching program
  • Mental Wellness Program & Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental well-being
  • Flexible PTO, 13 company-wide days off throughout the year
  • Winter and Summer Weeklong Synchronized Company Shutdowns
  • Learning & Development programs
  • Equipment, tools, and reimbursement support for a productive remote environment
  • Free Life360 Platinum Membership for your preferred circle
  • Free Tile Products
