About the Company

ASC Global, a leading independent distributor of electronic components since 1996, is expanding our international sales team. We are seeking a high-performance International Sales Representative who thrives in the fast-paced and highly competitive electronic components market.

This is a true hunter role designed for someone who can aggressively drive new business, expand existing accounts, and close complex B2B deals across global markets. If you are experienced, well connected, and ready to manage a revenue-producing book of business at a high level, we want to speak with you.

What You Will Do

  • Drive new business with a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day

  • Build, expand, and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Negotiate effectively while protecting margin integrity

  • Manage the full sales cycle and operate your own desk

  • Stay current on component availability, pricing trends, and global market activity

  • Execute strategic sales initiatives for key accounts

  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Commodity Management, Order Management, Asset Recovery, Purchasing, and regional offices

Minimum Requirements (Firm and Non Negotiable)

Candidates must meet all of the following:

  • Current electronic components brokering or independent distribution experience with a minimum of two years. Experience must be current and prior experience from several years ago does not qualify

  • A solid and active account base with proven revenue generation

  • Strong, confident, and dynamic sales presence

  • High energy, competitive mindset, and a relentless drive to close

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional languages are a strong plus

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively at all organizational levels

  • Proficiency with basic word processing and spreadsheet tools

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
