We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Invoicing & Brand Safety Specialist to join our Client Services team in a full-time capacity. This role supports creator campaigns from intake and vetting through launch, monitoring, and payment, ensuring accurate campaign records, adherence to client brand safety requirements, and timely processing of creator invoices.

Working closely with account teams, Creator Relations, Finance, and cross-functional partners, you will manage operational workflows, review creator profiles and content, and serve as the primary point of contact for creator billing. The ideal candidate balances accuracy, responsiveness, and sound judgment while managing multiple campaigns and escalating issues to the appropriate leads.

Responsibilities:

Creator Records and Workflow Support

  • Review and validate creator profiles before submission, confirming that handles, links, and supporting information are complete, accurate, and functional.
  • Maintain creator data and campaign trackers across internal systems, keeping submissions, approvals, rejections, and final selections consistent and up to date.
  • Coordinate with Client Services and Creator Relations to confirm creator selections, record approved statuses, and activate monitoring workflows.

Brand Safety Review and Monitoring

  • Review creator profiles and content against client-specific brand safety guidelines, campaign requirements, and established approval and escalation protocols.
  • Review flagged, rejected, and remediated content; document findings and the rationale for acceptance or rejection in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Monitor live creator activity and review alerts within defined timelines, including within 24 hours where required. Escalate potential risks to Client Services leads for decisions on creator suitability and campaign continuity.
  • Track remediation and follow-up actions, maintaining clear records and communicating risks, updates, and required actions to relevant stakeholders.

Creator Invoicing and Payment Coordination

  • Request and receive invoices from creators, influencers, and their agents or managers; verify payment amounts and the correct finance contact for each invoice.
  • Review each invoice against its fully executed Statement of Work (SOW), confirming deliverables, rates, payment terms, and required supporting documentation.
  • Submit billing tickets in the associated HubSpot Deal with all required attachments; maintain accurate billing records and creator account information.
  • Track submitted invoices through payment, follow up with Finance on overdue or outstanding items, and keep creators and account teams informed of payment status.
  • Respond to billing questions and resolve discrepancies professionally, coordinating with Finance and account teams as needed.
  • Prepare invoicing and payment status reports for management review, identifying missing information, discrepancies, and outstanding actions.

Workflow Quality and Collaboration

  • Manage multiple campaign and billing workflows while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy across systems.
  • Conduct routine data quality checks and support audits, issue tracking, and process improvements across creator invoicing.
  • Follow company policies, applicable financial requirements, and confidentiality standards when handling creator, campaign, and payment information.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer or digital marketing, billing, invoicing, or a related operational role, with experience supporting detail-intensive workflows.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the creator landscape, with sound judgment when reviewing sensitive content and identifying risks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage high volumes of information and competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and confidence maintaining accurate records across spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills; ability to document issues clearly and collaborate across teams.
  • High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with creator invoicing, SOW review, payment tracking, or billing systems and accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
  • Experience with creator vetting, content review, brand safety, advertising compliance, or monitoring workflows.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM, ticketing, campaign tracking, and workflow platforms.
This range reflects the full scope and progression of the role, from building capability to operating with sustained impact at a higher level. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package designed to support our team as they grow with us.

Where an offer falls within this range is determined through the interview process. Candidates are benchmarked by the hiring team based on role scope, relevant experience, skill alignment, and expected impact, using consistent and objective criteria.
