About the role:


At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy.


This role follows a hybrid work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.


Relocation is not available for this position at this time.

Our Purpose:  

Boston Scientific’s Technology Leadership & Development Program (TLDP) is a two-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of IT leaders. Through four six-month rotations across different IT teams, participants gain broad, hands-on experience while solving meaningful business challenges. TLDP participants create value for Boston Scientific and our users by applying critical thinking, empathy, courage and initiative to develop innovative solutions that address business needs.

 
Your Opportunity:  

  • Work on various projects supporting the IT department based on the current rotation 

  • Find ways to quickly adapt to the needs of a team and add value 

  • Influence team members, customers, users, stakeholders, and management 

  • Participate in program events, training, and team-building activities 

  • Participate in and/or lead activities for the IT internship program 

  • Learn and apply business analysis, data analytics, product management, project management, testing management and execution, and design skills to solve problems for our customers and users 

  • Complete all mandatory BSC training courses based on intra-IT department training requirements 

  • Create and manage software validation deliverables 

 

Required Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or similar 

  • 0-1 years of prior experience (or similar through internships) in IT 

  • Must have prior intern experience with Boston Scientific 

  • Must graduate between Fall 2026- Spring 2027   

  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization

The anticipated compensation listed above and the value of core and optional employee benefits offered by Boston Scientific (BSC) – see www.bscbenefitsconnect.com--will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.


Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).


Compensation for exempt, non-sales roles may also include variable compensation, i.e., annual bonus target and long-term incentives (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
