The Role

As an IT Software Development Engineer, you will be the backbone of our enterprise systems, ensuring seamless integration and high performance across our warehouse and business operations. You will manage and maintain our Nintex BPM, Infor WMS, and IBM iPaaS ecosystems, driving efficiency through custom development and robust database administration.

What You'll Do
  • System Ownership: Manage and maintain Nintex BPM, Infor WMS, and IBM iPaaS systems.

  • Integration Development: Develop and deploy cross-system integrations using C#, Java, and Python.

  • Database Administration: Perform DBA tasks and optimize SQL scripts/stored procedures for Oracle (WMS) and SQL Server (BPM).

  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement workflow/process enhancements.

  • System Health: Monitor performance, troubleshoot real-time issues, and ensure compliance with IT security and audit requirements.

Platform-Specific Duties

Infor WMS (Warehouse Management)

  • Implementation: Support project acceptance and delivery of WMS for new warehouse facilities.

  • Customization: Develop and deploy localized customizations for inbound processes and order fulfillment.

  • Operations: Handle daily system support, user access, and on-site incident management (scanners, printers, and workflow disruptions).

  • Maintenance: Manage codebase, server environments, and basic Oracle database tasks (deadlock resolution, order resets).

IBM iPaaS & Infrastructure
  • Container Management: Maintain the OpenShift container platform for enterprise integrations.

  • Lifecycle Management: Deploy, update, and manage the integration lifecycle for ERP, WMS, and BPM systems.

  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose API latency, transaction failures, and data inconsistencies across integrated platforms.

  • Monitoring: Implement real-time monitoring for transaction bottlenecks and high-latency operations.

Nintex/K2-BPM (Business Process Management)
  • Process Optimization: Manage 35+ active business processes (HR, Finance, Production) and over 300 approval nodes.

  • Workflow Logic: Maintain the approval matrix, organizational structures, and user permissions.

  • Development: Independently handle requirement documentation, code implementation, and functional testing for new business processes.

  • Reporting: Design and develop custom business reports and ad-hoc analytics tools.

Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in C#, Java, and Python.

  • Data Mastery: Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle Database, including query optimization.

  • Environment: Familiarity with Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments.

  • Systems Experience: Prior experience with enterprise workflow/BPM (Nintex preferred) and WMS operations.

  • Mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with IBM iPaaS or similar integration platforms.

  • Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Prior experience supporting Oracle-based WMS systems in a production setting.
