Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires a strong knowledge of desktop support, operating systems, computer networking, and troubleshooting techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems
- Troubleshoot system and network problems
- Set up and maintain LAN/WAN networks
- Assist with VPN setup and support
