Job Title: IT Support
Position Type: FTE
Location: NYC, USA
Salary Range / Rate (Currency): approx $80,000
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for maintenance of the company's internal IT systems
  2. Manage and maintain back-end systems such as OA (Office Automation) and DevOps platforms.
  3. Maintain end-user devices including office computers, printers, access control systems, and surveillance equipment.

Job Requirements:
  1. Familiar with Linux system operations and maintenance (e.g., RedHat/CentOS); proficient in writing shell scripts.
  2. Experience with operations and maintenance of Windows/Mac operating systems and office computers; capable of reinstalling office computer systems
  3. Knowledgeable in building IT office environments and structured cabling (both strong and weak current).
  4. Familiar with configuration and management of DNS, AD, FTP, LDAP; understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM, etc.
  5. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Support
