About Calibrant Energy

Calibrant is a leading provider of on-site energy solutions. Calibrant develops, owns, and operates large-scale solar, battery storage, and microgrids on behalf of our customers—empowering North America's largest power users to achieve their energy goals faster, more economically, and more sustainably.

By combining innovative financing with deep industry expertise, we solve complex energy challenges for large organizations. Our performance-based, no-capex contracts ensure we only get paid when we deliver results—enabling organizations to share in cost savings without any upfront investment.

The IT Systems Analyst is responsible for implementing new business systems, supporting and optimizing existing applications, and serving as a key functional resource for NetSuite and its integrated platforms. This role partners closely with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT to gather requirements, evaluate technology solutions, and improve end‑to‑end business processes. By leading system implementations, providing functional expertise in NetSuite, managing integrations, and delivering ongoing support, the IT Systems Analyst enhances operational efficiency, strengthens compliance, and enables teams to leverage technology for strategic growth.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary functional owner for NetSuite, supporting Finance, Procurement, AP/AR, Projects, and operational reporting needs.
  • Lead full project lifecycle activities for ERP and business systems—requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, change management, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Implement new business applications, enhancements, and integrations to meet evolving organizational needs across Finance, Operations, and Procurement.
  • Configure, optimize, and administer NetSuite modules, including workflows (SuiteFlow), forms, fields, saved searches, custom records, roles/permissions, dashboards, and reporting assets.
  • Analyze business processes across departments to identify gaps, improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and recommend scalable system solutions.
  • Support, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between NetSuite and external systems (Medius AP Automation, SiteTracker, Salesforce, banks, and other SaaS platforms), resolving data sync failures, queue delays, and mapping issues.
  • Develop functional specifications, coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment activities in alignment with change‑control processes and SOX controls.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, datasets, and reporting models using data from NetSuite and integrated systems.
  • Improve NetSuite reporting using optimized saved searches, KPIs, workbooks, and data models; ensure data alignment across Power BI and ERP systems.
  • Troubleshoot production issues in accordance with SLAs; perform root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, SOPs, training materials, and audit artifacts (access management, quarterly reviews, change control).
  • Provide end‑user training, ongoing support, and system guidance to drive adoption and maximize business value.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing enhancements, support tickets, business requests, and cross‑functional project work.
  • Stay current with ERP best practices, NetSuite platform updates, integration tools, and emerging technologies.
