My VA Support, a leader in tech solutions, is seeking a multifaceted professional to join our team. This unique role combines the technical prowess of a Java Developer with the strategic insights of a Business Analyst.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be adept in Java development, with a keen analytical mind for business analysis. This role is crucial for the development and enhancement of our applications, as well as ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  - Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring/Springboot, SQL, and preferably Tomcat.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
  - Serve as a key point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.
  - Analyze and clarify complex requirements, focusing on those aspects currently undefined.
  - Facilitate client approvals for application states, including screens and reports.
  - Oversee configurations in Quickbooks for development environments.


Requirements
- Mandatory English Level: C1.
- Strong experience in Java, Spring/Springboot, SQL, and familiarity with Tomcat.
- Proven background in business analysis, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
