What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Junior Database Administrator (DBA) to join our Information Systems team. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Information Systems and works closely with a highly collaborative team of professionals.

This role goes beyond simply maintaining databases. The role sits at the center of how data flows across our brands and systems. The successful candidate will help maintain and optimize our databases, write stored procedures, build ETL pipelines, and develop reports that support business decision-making. This role will also assist with integrations between our internal platforms and vendors that help keep our business running.

If you are comfortable working with SQL, curious about how data moves through complex systems, and ready to take on responsibilities beyond a typical junior-level role, we would love to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive, can-do-attitude with a good sense of humor.

Why Go! Retail Group?

You will work across multiple brands and business models, giving you exposure to a wide variety of data challenges and opportunities. This is a junior-level title with senior-level exposure- an excellent opportunity to accelerate your technical skills and professional growth.

  • Troubleshoot data issues and identify root causes to prevent recurring problems.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to support data-driven decision-making.

What You Bring

Retail or e-commerce experience is a plus, but not required. We care more about your problem-solving ability, curiosity, and willingness to learn than specific industry experience.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
